California Privacy Rights
In force from October 8, 2026
California residents have the following rights under the CCPA, as updated by the CPRA.
Categories of data
Identifiers like your email, name and IP address; browsing activity on our pages; an approximate location based on IP; and conclusions such as which kind of loan might interest you. These come straight from you, from your browser, and from companies that refer visitors to us.
Selling and sharing
During the last year we gave identifiers, browsing activity and those conclusions to lenders and marketing companies in ways that can count as selling or sharing. Stop it anytime at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honored as an opt-out for that browser.
Rights you can use
Learn which categories of data Pulsarmark holds, its uses and its recipients; get a copy; have errors fixed; have it erased; stop selling, sharing and targeted ads; and restrict our handling of sensitive information. To confirm a request is really yours, we compare the email you send with the one on file and may send a confirmation message to that address.
Someone acting for you
A person you authorize in writing can file on your behalf. We might still check with you directly before acting.
Financial incentives
We offer no payments or perks in exchange for personal information.
Contact
File through the privacy request forms or write to privacy@pulsarmark.com. Expect a reply within 45 days; if we need one more 45-day period we will say why.
