What this site does

Pulsarmark is a matching service. You hand us an email address and, later, some details about the loan you have in mind. We forward that information to lenders, lending platforms and marketing companies that may reach out with offers. About Pulsarmark explains the process.

Disclosures

Pulsarmark is not a lender, broker or agent of any lender. We do not approve or deny credit, fund loans, or set rates or fees. Sending a request does not promise a match or an approval. Loan sizes between $100 and $30,000 are not offered in every state or to every applicant. A lender may confirm what you tell it, pull your credit from any bureau, and ask for documents. The APR, fees, payment schedule and any penalties belong to the lender and appear in its agreement, which deserves a full read before you sign. Paying late or skipping payments can bring fees and collections and can hurt your credit. Each lender answers for its own compliance with state and federal lending law.

Who can use the site

Use is limited to adults 18 or older with a US home address who are able to enter a contract. Everything you submit must be accurate and must be about you.

Messages from us

Submitting your email means Pulsarmark, and the companies we pass it to, can send you emails tied to your loan request and similar offers. Change or end those messages anytime in Mail Settings or with the unsubscribe option inside any message we send.

Other websites

Offers and lender pages you open from here belong to other companies. Their own terms and privacy notices govern them, and their content, decisions and conduct are their responsibility.

No promises about the site

We offer pulsarmark.com and everything on it as is, without warranties of any kind. Our guides are general education and are not professional advice about money, law or taxes. We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes.

Limits on our responsibility

Wherever the law permits, Pulsarmark has no liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages tied to your use of pulsarmark.com or to any loan you accept. Any liability we do have for matters connected to the site is capped at $100.

Fair use

Please do not submit details that belong to another person, disrupt the site, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it to break the law. Traffic that looks automated or abusive may be blocked.

Which law applies

Delaware law applies to these terms, setting aside its rules on choosing between laws. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Delaware unless your home state's law requires a different court.
